KAZU SAN

For over 50 years, Kazu San, our master sushi chef, has honed his skills. He learned his craft and techniques in Japan at a very young age before moving to the US.

He knows tradition but also loves innovation.

His sushi skills and character are second to none.

He ran his own sushi restaurant for 25 years before giving up the grind and coming north to us.

He is a wonderful person and a good friend.

 

 

John hamilton

John is considered by many, including us, to be the best seafood chef in the Islands.

His skills and standards (sauces to die for) are only matched by his character and humanity.

We love watching his family grow.
